More Flexible, More Efficient, More User-Friendly:
New Spiral Pipe Winding System – 100% Made by Boyke

Boyke Technology GmbH is unveiling a completely new spiral pipe winding system at this year’s K trade fair, presented together with partner company bauku extrusion at booth C17 in hall 14. A fully operational system will be showcased live at Boyke’s headquarters, located just one hour away from the exhibition site.

Plastic pipes are gaining global acceptance in water supply systems – and for good reason: They offer corrosion resistance, durability, flexibility, ease of handling, and, not least, cost-efficiency.

The new generation of winding systems – 100% made by Boyke – takes these advantages to the next level. For the first time, in-house developed extruders are being used throughout. The result: increased flexibility, maximum modularity – all while delivering noticeable cost savings.

Additional features include state-of-the-art servo drives for precise positioning, an intuitive user interface with a preset function for faster setup, and an innovative drum monitoring system using laser sensors to ensure greater process reliability and repeatability. An integrated co-extruder enables the production of colored inner layers or the use of recycled materials. A modern remote maintenance system ensures fast support for customers worldwide. Complete turnkey solutions including corrugators are also available.

To give customers a live experience of the system’s capabilities, Boyke will demonstrate a full production line in operation at its headquarters in Lindlar during the exhibition.

In addition to spiral pipe systems, Boyke’s team will also showcase extruders for specialized applications and high-performance compounds.
