A multi-stage quality assurance process throughout the refurbishment ensures compliance with quality standards and delivery deadlines – even under time pressure. meltclean®
Our powerful meltclean® cleaning concentrates for injection molding machines and extruders reduce machine downtime by up to 90%, as there is no need to dismantle components. Especially suitable for rapid color and material changes, meltclean® allows you to clearly identify the ideal switching point to a new color and/or material based on the condition of the cleaning melt. Additionally, meltclean® is food-safe and meets the standards of the German Federal Health Authority as well as FDA specifications, making it suitable for cleaning machinery used in food production.
