Impulses for Innovative Applications: Duroplast Conference from May 21–22, 2025

At the accompanying exhibition of the Duroplast Conference in Iserlohn, Boyke Technology GmbH will be present with its team — looking forward to an exciting exchange with industry experts. As an active member of the Duroplast Friends Circle, the company contributes its many years of experience in processing this versatile material — demonstrating what is technically possible today.

Special focus is placed on new application areas such as electromobility: here, duroplast plays a central role, for example, in the fixation of magnets and hairpin stators in high-performance electric motors. Innovative solutions are also emerging in hydrogen technology — for instance, in the production of bipolar plates for fuel cells and electrolyzers.

At the same time, Boyke remains strong in classic applications: overmolding of sensitive components such as sensors, coils, circuit boards, or power electronics components is part of the portfolio, as are manufacturing solutions for highly stressed pump parts or high-quality consumer products.

Whether a new development or a series process — Boyke supports customers from the first idea through to the implementation of automated manufacturing solutions. The company’s own technical center is equipped with modern presses, prototype tools, dosing units, and ovens to realistically simulate complete production processes.

In collaborative projects with research, industry, and material manufacturers, innovative technologies are developed that convincingly combine practical requirements with future topics.
